Monday, October 25th: Good morning!

The crew is wrapped up and has 6-7 front doors remaining to paint. We’ll be working to get those scheduled and everything officially wrapped up soon.

Thank you for having us onsite. It has been our pleasure to spruce up your trim areas. Have a great rest of the year!

Tuesday, October 12th: Good afternoon!

The crew began prepping and painting yesterday and is continuing to do so today.

Friday, October 8th: Greetings!

The crew has wrapped up with pressure washing today. They will return on Monday to begin prepping and painting. Have a great weekend!

The crew is off and running at Wynfield Place HOA and the pressure washer is ready to roll!

Friday, October 1st: Good morning!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Wynfield. We are looking forward to being onsite!

We’ll be prepping and finishing select trim areas: garage door/frames, front doors, entry pillars, wooden front door kick plates, & service doors/frames on the walk-out decks, and sprinkler doors.

We will be starting on Monday 10/4 with pressure washing the included buildings listed above – #1 – #7. We kindly as that you remove any small/fragile items from the outside of your home to allow unobstructed access during the pressure washing. You may return the items once the washing is complete. We are anticipating the washing to take 8-12 days in entirety.

After pressure washing has be completed, the surfaces will need some time to dry. We anticipate returning to start our prep and painting on Wednesday, 10/6. We will begin at the 4825 Building and work north to the 4845 Building and then cross the street to 4840 and continue along the East side of Underwood Lane N and end at 13150 47th Ave N Building. Please see the map above for our route.

We are projecting the project to take about 3-4 weeks to complete all 7 building. However, the time spent on each unit/building will be much less.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
