Project Complete

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for this year’s painting project at Bluffs on Sans Pierre in Bloomington. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!

Wednesday, September 2nd: Good morning! 

The crew has complete 95% of the painting. They’ll be returning at the end of the month/early October to paint the pillar bases. Thanks!

Friday, August 21st: Good afternoon and TGIF! 

The crew wrapped up on Buildings 16 and 17 yesterday. Soon we’ll mark blue tape to areas that will need touch ups. Thanks and have a great weekend! 

Thursday, August 20th: Good morning! 

The crew is starting on the final two buildings today and will complete them as well. Areas will be marked for touch ups and then taken care of in the next several days too.

Wednesday, August 19th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is working at 12, 13, 14, and 15 today. They’ll move onto the last two buildings tomorrow.

Tuesday, August 18th: Greetings! 

The crew is onsite and prepping and painting at 9, 10, 11, 12 today. They’ll continue to finish these tomorrow and also begin on 13.

Monday, August 17th: Good afternoon!

The crew will be completing buildings 6, 7, and 8 today with a few more crew members onsite today to help out while between projects.

Friday, August 14th: Greetings and Happy Friday! 

The crew has completed Buildings 1 – 5 and are continuing along the route.

Thursday, August 13th: Good afternoon! 

Blue skies ahead! 

The crew is back onsite and working at Building 4. They’ll also begin on Building 5 today as well.

Tuesday, August 12th: Greetings! 

Back at it today — they are planning to complete about 1 Building each day. Today then began their prep and painting at Building 2.

Monday, August 10th: Good afternoon! 

After the overnight rain, the crew held off until after lunch to get onsite and begin their prep and painting at Building 1.

Friday, August 7th: Good morning! 

The crew is cruising through the pressure washing at Bluffs on Sans Pierre. They completed Buildings 1-10 yesterday and are planning to complete the remaining buildings today. They will return again on Monday to begin their prep and painting at Building 1 – thanks and have a great weekend!

Thursday, August 6th: Good afternoon! 

We are off and running at Bluffs on Sans Pierre with pressure washing! 

The crew will be making their way through the route and washing the designated areas. We’ll post how many buildings they are projecting to complete here shortly. Thanks!

Wednesday, August 5th: Good morning! Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Bluffs on Sans Pierre. 

For your project we’ll be prepping and finishing the town home units at your association. We’ll begin with pressure washing the designated surfaces. Once the surfaces have had time to dry completely, we’ll return to begin our prep and painting. 

For the pressure washing we kindly ask that you remove all small personal items from the exterior of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for pressure washing. It will take our crew several days to wash all of the units and once your area has been washed you may return items to their usual place. We are tentatively planning the crew to wash from Thursday, 8/6 to Monday, 8/10.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We anticipate this work to begin at the start of the route on Monday, August 10th. Overall this project will have minimal impact on your daily routine and we are anticipating to be onsite for about 3 weeks to complete the project.
