Wednesday, December 2nd: Good afternoon!
We hope your week is off to a great start! The crew is back onsite and they are completing the marked touch ups in the stairways and elevator lobbies.
It has been our pleasure to be onsite and we want to thank your onsite manager Dennis and the Board for all of his help to facilitate the project as well as your manager Amanda. Thank you to the board and to Todd for their help in detective skills to recover a car that was taken from the front of the building. We’ve recovered the car and all is well!

Monday, November 30th: Greetings!
We hope you all had a joyful Thanksgiving weekend. We appreciated the time away to spend with family and also rest and recharge with a long weekend.
The crew is wrapped up at Rock island Lofts and will be completing a walk through this week to mark any areas needing touch ups. Please leave any blue tape up for the crew. Thank you!
Tuesday, November 24th: Greetings!
The crew is continuing to prep and paint in the elevator lobby areas on each floor. Floors 6, 5, and 4 are complete.

Monday, November 23rd: Good morning!
The crew is finished with the Stairwells and will be starting on the elevator lobby areas today. They’ll be starting on the 7th floor and working their way down – 7th and 6th today.
Thanks again for your patience as we are working in these common areas.

Friday, November 20th: Hello and happy Friday!
The crew is wrapped on Stairwells A and B and will begin on the lobby areas on Monday.

Thursday, November 19th: Greetings!
The crew is finishing up in Stairwell B today — touch ups and pulling down the tape. We’ll return on Monday to paint the elevator lobby areas.

Wednesday, November 18th: Good afternoon!
The crew continued in Stairwell B. They are prepping and covering sections of the stairwell and then cutting in and rolling on the wall paint.

Tuesday, November 17th: Greetings!
We are moving along in Stairwell B with cutting in around edges and rolling on the wall paint.

Monday, November 16th: Good afternoon!
The crew is getting started in Stairwell B with prep work. They’ll be making wall repairs, taping off and covering areas before beginning to paint. Thanks!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint in Stairwell A and will complete this stairwell today as well. They’ll begin on Stairwell B on Monday. Have a great weekend!

Snow, rain – no problem! Safe and warm indoors, our crew is continuing to prep and starting to paint in Stairwell A today.

The crew is onsite and getting all settled to start in Stairwell A. Please be mindful of the work being completed in this area and plan to use alternate mode for getting up and down floors. Thank you!

Thursday, November 5th: Good afternoon!
We are just loving this stretch of warm weather. We hope you can all get out to enjoy it!
We’ll be getting started on Monday, 11/9 in Stairwell A. We are projecting to take about a week painting in this area before moving onto Stairwell B as well as the elevator lobbies.
We ask that you’re mindful of traversing through the stairwells while the work is being completed in those areas. Thank you!
