The crew has swiftly moved through your decks at Mirror Lake and currently have 2 Buildings left! They should be wrapping up today as well. We wanted to say thank you for having us; it has been our pleasure sprucing up your deck floors! Once we’ve stained your deck floor, we recomment waiting at least 24 hours before returning items to your deck. Have a great rest of the summer!

And they’re off! The crew is onsite and starting in at 4012 Building with staining your decks. Once we get through today, we’ll let you know how many decks/buildings they are getting through each day and we when you can anticipate us at your deck. Thanks!

Wednesday, June 20th: Hello!
The crew is wrapping up the pressure washing portion of the project with washing of the ‘stacked’ buildings (without decks) today and then they’ll begin prepping and staining those with decks tomorrow.

Tuesday, June 19th: Good morning! Another rainy day, yet the crew is continuing to pressure wash your buildings. They plan to finish all the buildings with decks and then tomorrow, they’ll return to wash those without decks. Thanks!

Good morning residents of Mirror Lake. We are excited to be starting your project today.
The crew is underway pressure washing your buildings and deck floors today. They are starting at the 4012 Building. We’ll soon be posting a route map to show where the crew will be so you can know when to expect us. Thanks!
Once we complete the pressure washing, we’ll be back onsite to begin staining your deck floors. We’ll also complete the staining in the same order we do the pressure washing.
We are giving your buildings a thorough washing to make them sparkle!

Friday, June 15th: Hello and welcome to your project blog. You may have made your way to our blog via blue notice, welcome!
We’ll be getting your project underway on Monday, June 18th with pressure washing. We anticipate the washing to take 1-2 days. We’ll be pressure washing all of your buildings as well as the deck floors. For this we ask that you please close your windows and then when we begin the staining we ask that you’d remove items from your deck at that time. We’ll soon be posting a route map, in which we’ll reference project progress and when you can anticipate us at your unit.
Once the substrates have had time to dry out, we’ll return onsite to begin prepping and staining your deck floors. Weather permitting, we anticipate we’ll be back on Wednesday, June 20th.
