Highlander HOA, Edina – 2026

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the project at Highlander HOA in Edina! We are thrilled to be onsite working with and for you!

Tuesday, September 22nd: Good afternoon!

The crew has prepped building #1 (7096-7068) and plan to start painting Today!

They are currently covering decks and windows to prepare for paint. 

Tuesday, September 15th: Greetings residents!

There was a rain delay yesterday, but the crew is back onsite Today. 

Painting has began, starting with 7096. 

A map has been inserted, the arrows show the path the crew will be following while painting. 

Thursday, September 3rd: Our carpenters are on site and completing repairs approved by your HOA.

Our painters will be on site Tuesday, September 8th to begin pressure washing. We will post a route once we get closer to pressure washing start.

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, weather delays, and updates to the project schedule.

Our plan is to begin carpentry repairs to select areas starting tomorrow. We plan to be onsite for repairs for a few days. 

Our painting crew will then start pressure washing of your buildings on Tuesday, September 8th!
