We’ve completed our punch list of touch ups and other miscellaneous paint work across the buildings. It has been a pleasure working with and for you and we’ve enjoyed speaking with many of you as well!
We’ll be getting the interior painting underway in the next week or so, so stay tuned!

Loving the red color juxtaposed next to the fall foliage.
Wednesday, October 12th: Hello Colonial Village! Quite the chilly weather we’re having. With the rain, damp weather, and cooler temperature our crew is not onsite today. We’ll be back tomorrow with warmer temps and sunny skies.
Tuesday, October 11th: Good morning residents of Colonial Village. We hope you all had a great weekend. Our apologies for the gap in updates- our office manager, Dana was in Chicago supporting her sisters run the Marathon and is just back in the office today. The crew is priming and painting the last few buildings and also the garages.

Tuesday, September 6th: Perhaps you’ve found your way to our blog by way of notices taped around your apartment complex, welcome! We’ll be getting underway pressure washing buildings 1959 and 1965 tomorrow and continue through the week. If you reside in either of those buildings we ask that you please remove small items, i.e. windchimes, knick knacks, etc. No need to remove everything just yet. At a later date, which we will inform you of we’ll need some more participation from you to remove all items when the painting begins. We look forward to getting started!
Wednesday, August 31st: Good morning residents of Colonial Village! We hope your week is off to a great start. Your project will be getting underway next week after Labor Day on 9/7. We’ll begin by power washing 2 of the buildings. Also, as you may have seen on the side of your building, color samples have been painted to get a good match and good news is we’ve settled on a color. After pressure washing, we’ll begin painting. This will entail painting most substrates on all of the buildings and will take about 6 weeks, depending on what Mother Nature throws our way.
We will do our very best to keep you fully apprised of the project and the best way to do that is to follow the project progress right here on the blog. Stay tuned right here for ongoing updates as they will be provided 2-3 times per week. Thanks so much for having us and we’re looking forward to getting things underway!
