Greetings and welcome to your project blog for this year’s painting project at Midtown Exchange HOA in Minneapolis. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!
Wednesday, August 26th: Good afternoon!
The crew is onsite and wrapping up the remaining areas of the East side as well as the signage along the entry of the building. There may be a few areas to touch up in the next day or so, but we are all wrapped up for the majority.
Monday, August 24th: Good morning!
The crew will not be onsite today with the overnight and morning rain. We’ll resume tomorrow – thanks!
Thursday, August 20th: Greetings!
The crew is continuing to prep and paint the East side. We want to thank you for your continued patience and cooperation to follow the no parking signs posts to allow our crew safe access while painting your building.
Wednesday, August 19th: Good afternoon!
We’ll be onsite for about another week – the trees along the East side are proving to be tricky to work with so we’re taking extra caution with our list and its movements. Thanks!
Tuesday, August 18th: Greetings!
It’s a beautiful day to be in Minneapolis and painting along the Midtown Exchange Building!
Monday, August 17th: Good morning!
The crew was onsite on Saturday to continue prepping and painting along the East side of the building. They are spraying and painting the cream body color and green accents. They’ll also begin painting the residence railings. With continued dry and clear weather, the crew is anticipating to be wrapped up on Friday.
Thursday, August 13th: Greetings!
We are back after yesterday’s rain delay. The crew is continuing to prep and paint along E 29th Street.

Wednesday, August 5th: Good afternoon!
The crew is continuing to prep and paint in sections along the North side. They are also prepping and painting the residence deck railings. Thank you all for your cooperation and leaving the No Parking lanes open along E 29th St.
Tuesday, August 4th: Good morning!
What’s this cool feel in the air?! Don’t worry we’re back to upper 80s for the weekend!
The crew continues their prep and painting along 29th St at Midtown. We’re tentatively set to start along the East side on 11th Ave S. Thanks!
Friday, July 31st: Hello and TGIF!
We are back at it and making our way across the North side of the buildings — prepping sections, covering windows, and then painting.
Thursday, July 30th: Good afternoon!
The crew is off and running!
Please be mindful of the No Parking signs along the North side of the building. We need to use our lift to access the upper areas of the building and cars parked in the parking lane will not allow for safe and unobstructed access – thank you in advance!
Monday, July 27th: Greetings!
We are off and running on the North side of your Building – along E 29th St.
The crew will be pressure washing the included areas on this elevation of the building and will then return to begin prep and painting on Thursday, 7/30.
We will be posting ‘No Parking’ signs along the north side of the building as we’ll be using a large scissor lift on sight. Thank you in advance for your cooperation during working hours of 7:30am – 6pm.
Wednesday, July 22nd: Good afternoon!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Midtown Exchange.
We will be prepping and finishing your EIFS siding, deck railings, entry railings, soffits, entry pillars, service doors/frames, garage doors/frames, entry underside, and side entrance frame surrounds.
We’ll soon post a route map and proposed finishing schedule. This will allow you to know when to anticipate us working on your railings.
This is a large scale project that will require large lifts onsite and we will need to restrict sidewalks and potentially street parking. We ask you to be mindful of cones, signs posted, and and restricted barriers to walkways.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation. We’re looking forward to getting started in the next week or so – thanks!
