Wednesday, May 27th: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the painting and staining project at Palomino Apartments. We are set to begin pressure washing the deck floors starting on Monday, June 1st. We will first be completing the pressure washing on all units. The crew will be following the route posted above — starting at the main entry and working clockwise around to the deck stacks. The washing will take about 3-4 days and then we will begin the railings and finally complete the deck floors – each moving around the route above.

For the pressure washing we kindly ask that you remove all items from your deck to allow unobstructed and complete washing. Once washed, you may return items to your deck, but away from the railings so we can paint them. You will be asked to remove contents from deck a 2nd time while we stain your deck. You will be notified of this via a 2nd notice of when the staining will be scheduled.

This is a large project and we will be onsite for about 2-3 weeks. We will post frequent updates here on the blog regarding progress, scheduling, and any weather delays should they come up. Let us know if you have any questions – contact info is below or you can leave a comment. Thanks!

Thank you in advance for your cooperation to remove items from your deck! We will see you on Monday
