Wednesday, May 19th: Good afternoon! 

The painting crew is complete and we are going to be marking areas with blue tape for touch ups in the next day. The crew will be back to take care of these areas, so please leave the blue tape. 

The carpentry crew is nearing completion, but with some of the concrete pads being replaced, we will be continuing at the project for a bit yet. 

Thank you for having us onsite and we’re looking forward to wrapping up here soon!

Friday, May 14th: Good afternoon and happy Friday! 

The painting crew is working their way through your front door frames. They’ve completed 10 of your buildings and are tentatively set to wrap up on Monday. Have a great weekend!

Wednesday, May 12th: Good morning! 

We have the painting crew starting our at the beginning of the route to paint your front door frames. We’ll post tomorrow how many buildings they have completed.

Tuesday, May 11th: Greetings! 

The crew is continuing to remove and replace the wrap around the posts. They’re working on Building #13 today. 

We will also have a crew starting to paint the front door frames starting tomorrow.

Friday, May 7th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is continuing along the route and will be doing some demo today. They are anticipating to be finishing up at the end of next week, Friday or Saturday. Thanks and have a great weekend!

The crew is working at address 1580 – finishing up the 8th building and continuing along the route.

Friday, April 30th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is starting off at Building #8 today. We are a little under half way through the project.

Wednesday, April 28th: Good morning! 

After a slight hiatus with all of this rain, we couldn’t be happier to see the sun! 

The crew is continuing along the route and removing and replacing the post casings, kick boards, and painting door frames. They’re starting off at 1942 Pintail Ave — which is a part of the 4th building on the route.

We spoke too soon; however some rain is not going to stop our crew! They are working on the 3rd Building in the route map above today. Thanks and have a great weekend!

We are finally warming up a bit and this sunshine is going us wonders! 

The crew is completing about one building each day.

Thursday, April 15th: Good morning! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming carpentry and front door frame painting project at your association. We are set to start on Monday, April 19th. 

We’ll begin in the NW side of the property near 1817 Pintail Ave and work our way counter clockwise around the association ending at 2094 Mockingbird Ave over the next few weeks to complete our replacements and painting of door frames. 

We’ve posted a general site map above with our tentative route for replacements and painting.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post updates of the crew’s progress, any weather days or pertinent project info you may need to know.
