Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Village in the Park! We are thrilled to be onsite and working with and for you!

Monday, July 8th: Good afternoon!

Our crew has been onsite throughout the weekend completing the work on the project. Our team will preform a walk through and fix any touch ups that may be needed. We have enjoyed working with and for you!

Tuesday, July 2nd: Good morning!

Due to the unfortunate weather, our crew is unable to preform work onsite today. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and we hope to be back onsite as soon as we can, weather permitting.

Wednesday, June 26th: Good afternoon!

Our crew is onsite today to start the staining portion of the project! They will be working on the stacks in numerical order following the map pictured above.

Tuesday, June 25th: Greetings!

Unfortunately, the rain from last night has hindered our ability to work onsite today. We are hoping to be onsite tomorrow morning 6/26 to start the staining portion o this project, weather permitting of course. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Thursday, June 20th: Good afternoon!

Our crew has completed pressure washing all units in the map above. Due to poor weather this week, painting has been delayed until Tuesday, 6/25. We are excited to be back onsite on Tuesday and start your project.

Due to poor weather, our crew is unable to complete work onsite today. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Wednesday, June 12th: Good morning!

Our crew is onsite this morning working on pressure washing your building. We will be working in the numerical order shown in the map above.

Wednesday, June 5th: Greetings residents of Village in the Park Lofts!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. We are excited to be a part of your renovation project.

This project involves prepping and staining decks, as part of our prep work we will be pressure washing Wednesday, June 12th. During that time we kindly request that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing off the included surfaces. Looking at the map above, we will be starting pressure washing at stack 1 and making our way around to stack 20. We will return to complete the patio work from stack 1-20, and will return once more to complete the deck staining.
