Staining Complete

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining project at Brentwood HOA in Bloomington. We are thrilled to be onsite!

Tuesday, May 19th: Greetings!

The crew is back onsite and will be staining the remaining sections of your fencing. They are anticipating to finish up today as well. It has been our pleasure sprucing up your fencing.

Making progress.

Staining across your fencing.

Monday, May 18th: Good morning!

Our crew will not be onsite today with the amount of rain we received over the weekend and how wet it left the fencing substrates. We will return tomorrow to resume our staining. Thanks!

Friday, May 15th: Good afternoon!

It’s a beautiful day and the crew is about half way through the staining project at Brentwood – cue up Bon Jovi’s “Living on a Prayer.”

Halfway there!

A section of completed fencing all spruced up!

Wednesday, May 13th: Good morning!

The crew was onsite to begin their work this morning, however Mother Nature had other plans. We’ve paused our prep and staining for the day and hope to return tomorrow — weather pending. Thanks!

Tuesday, May 12th: Greetings!

The crew is back onsite and they’ve started to stain your privacy fences.

She’s a beauty!

We are loving the refresh!

Monday, May 11th: Good morning!

There are a few deck units that still need pressure washing completed. The items on your decks and against the privacy fencing need to be moved and/cleared to allow the crew unobstructed access for washing and then staining. Kindly remove these items if you haven’t already – thank you in advance!

Once these are moved, we can pressure wash the last few decking/fencing areas and then return to begin the staining.

Thank you!

Friday, May 8th: Hello and Happy Friday!

The crew is onsite today and they are pressure washing the including fencing areas to be stained. We’ll return next week as the substrates have had time to dry out completely. Have a great weekend!

Wednesday, May 6th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!

We will be getting started on Friday with pressure washing the selected privacy fence areas, entry doors/posts, and the handrails. Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin staining the privacy fencing.

You can continue to follow the project’s progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates and also post when the crew will return to begin the staining. This will heavily rely on the weather as we’ll want the fence to be completely dried before we begin staining.

Thanks so much for following along and we’ll see you on Friday!
