Tuesday, October 8th: Good morning!

We are loving these sunny days before the weather looks like it’s going to take a turn…

That said, we’ll be onsite on Friday to paint the remaining front doors. We’ve made multiple attempts to get doors painted and will be onsite one final day to paint all of the doors. Please schedule a specific time to have your door painted by using the calendar tool above. Thanks!

Tuesday, October 1st: Hello and Happy October!

The crew made progress painting resident doors last weekend and we will return on Saturday, 10/5 from 9am until 1pm knocking and taking appointments for door painting. Please use the calendar link above to schedule a door painting appointment. There will be one final opportunity to have your door painted in the open position before we end up painting them closed. We appreciate your cooperation and participation in getting your front doors painted. Thanks!

Monday, September 23rd: Good afternoon!

We hope you all had a great weekend!

The crew is just about wrapped up at Oak Woode Ponds and will be returning to paint the front doors as part of the larger painting project. We’ll be onsite on Friday, 9/27 and Saturday, 9/28 if you’d like to schedule an appointment.

The finishing of the front doors will require participation from each resident to paint the door in the open position. Our crew members will be knocking on doors starting at 9 AM on the dates listed. If you are available, please open the door to have us paint. Or if you prefer, you can schedule a specific date/time to have your door painted by using the calendar scheduling tool above – thanks!

Thursday, September 19th: Greetings!

After yesterday’s rain delay, the crew is happily back onsite! They are painting garage doors as well as continuing on the final few buildings. With continued dry weather, they’ll wrap up in 1-2 working days. Thanks!

Tuesday, September 17th: Good afternoon!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint the exterior surfaces as well as going back through to paint the shutters on the buildings as well. Thanks!

Friday, September 13th: Friday the 13th, a full moon, and a Border Battle weekend for our Vikings and Packers — oh my! Have a great weekend!

Thursday, September 12th: Good morning!

We’ve got ourselves another rain delay. The forecast looks on and off rain for the remainder of the day, but clear tomorrow. We’ll update the blog if the surfaces will be dry enough for us to be onsite tomorrow – maybe mid day. Thanks!

A little laugh to brighten this gloomy day.

Tuesday, September 10th: Good afternoon!

The crew is pressure pause on prep and painting today due to yesterday’s rain and the overnight low temperatures. We’re hopeful to return tomorrow! Thanks!

Friday, September 6th: TGIF!

Football Season is upon us! Green Bay and Chicago kicked off the 10th season last night at Soldier Field with a pretty uneventful win by the Packers. The Viking will start off their season with a home game against Atlanta on Sunday — SKOL!!!

The crew is prepping and painting railings the railings starting at Building 7 today. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Friday, August 30th: Hello and TGIF!

Those roads we drive on the way to the offices and homes we work and live in…somebody built ’em. May we take a moment to reflect  on the principles of hard work that make this country great! As we celebrate Labor Day, we’d like to take a moment to recognize our diligent and hard working crews. Oh, and eat some food on a stick too. Happy Labor Day every one!

The crew is prepping and painting common areas today – light poles and some railings. They’ll return on Tuesday to begin painting on Building #1.

Thursday, August 29th: Good morning residents of Oak Woode Ponds!

We are off and running at your association and we are starting with pressure washing of select included wood substrates and garage doors.

Tuesday, August 27th: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Oak Woode Ponds!

We’ll be getting started on Thursday, 8/29 with pressure washing of select substrates- select wood elements, garage doors, etc. The crew will be utilizing homeowner spigots for water access while washing your buildings- thank you in advance for making sure your outside spigots are on for the duration of the washing. We anticipate the washing to take about three days.

Once the substrates are dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and painting these surfaces. We’ve posted a route map above, which the crew will follow for pressure washing and painting. You can continue to monitor the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, project photos, and any weather delays should they come up.

We anticipate to remain onsite for about 2-3 weeks, though the project will have minimal impact on your daily routines. Thanks so much for having us and we’ll see you on Thursday!
