Friday, June 19th: Hello and TGIF!

We’re approaching the staining portion of the project for the first few buildings. They’ll begin on Monday, 6/22 with Building 1 and plan to complete 1 building/day. We’ll let you know if this schedule needs updating once they get started with the process on Monday. Once your deck has been stained, we recommend it sit for at least 24 hours before returning furniture. The crew can work around your deck items when they come around to touch up any areas where stain has gotten on the deck skirt or trim areas.

And we’re off!

Friday, June 5th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!

This summer’s project entails the pressure washing, chemical stripping, sanding and staining of your decking. You may have received a sign on your garage door frame relaying information regarding out start date for pressure washing. We’ll begin by chemically stripping previous stain and cleaning your deck surfaces to allow for proper stain adhesion. Once washed, we’ll wait several days before returning to begin the staining process.

We will be posting a route map as well so you can know when to anticipate us at your deck and when it will be complete so you can return your items to your deck and start enjoying this spring and then summer weather!

We appreciate in advance your cooperation to move items off your decks to provide unobstructed access to our crews – thank you!

You can continue to follow the project’s progress here on the blog as we’ll post daily updates regarding the schedule, share photos, and have some fun as well!
