Using the lift to ensure we are able to power wash all surfaces.

Monday, August 16th: Good morning and welcome to your project blog for this summer’s project at Chateau Ridge. We are looking forward to being onsite with you.

The crew has delayed pressure washing due to a hang up in acquiring a lift for the pressure washing. They should be all set to start tomorrow though – we appreciate your patience!

If you haven’t done so already for the washing, kindly move small personal items from the outside of your home or any items you would not want to get wet from the washing.  Once the pressure washing is complete, you may return the items.

Once washing is complete, the surfaces will need to dry for a bit before we begin with carpentry repairs and then the prepping and painting with begin.

Overall the project will have minimal impact to your daily routine but it a large improvement project that will take 4-6 weeks to complete the condo building.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.

Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.

We’re looking forward to getting started this week!
