Waycliffe II – Wayzata

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Waycliffe ll in Wayzata. We are thrilled to be back onsite this summer.

Wednesday, June 11th: Hello all! Work continued yesterday on scraping, priming and prep but there is no planned work today because of some initial rain today.

Assuming the weather plays ball we should be back onsite on Thursday, June 12th (tomorrow)! Keep posted here for any substantial updates and let’s cross our fingers for a stretch of rain free days :).

Monday, June 9th: Good afternoon! We have a little rain today but we are still proceeding with prep work for the painting. See some progress photos below!

Friday, June 6th: Good afternoon!

Please see the welcome video above for an update on the project from Project Manager, Dana Clark. Pressure washing occurred today and we plan to return on Monday to begin prep, as long as weather conditions permit.

Thursday, June 5th: Good morning! 

The crew is off and running at Waycliffe II to complete the buildings for painting this summer. We have altered the map and schedule slightly to accommodate skipping over a building due to extensive landscaping. 

We’ll wash the included buildings today and tomorrow, if needed. Plan is to then return on Monday, 6/5 to begin prep, covering, and painting on the 1st Building – 318/328 Waycliffe Dr N. and the 2nd Building – 238/348 Waycliffe Dr N.

There will be some carpentry happening as well on a few of the units / buildings starting tomorrow and should finish up by Monday, 6/5. 

We’re thrilled to be back this summer and get your buildings looking refreshed!

Monday, May 13th: Greetings Residents of Waycliffe II! 

We are thrilled to be back onsite this summer to complete several more buildings. It is always nice to be back at a familiar property! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to sprucing up your exteriors.

The carpentry crew will be onsite on Wednesday 6/4 to complete carpentry approved by your Board. We are projecting the repairs and replacements to take 1-2 days. 

The painting crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing your buildings and decks on Thursday, June 5th and Friday, june 6th if two days are needed. We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once washing is complete, you may return your personal items to the outside of your home.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces. We are projecting the painting work to begin at the first building on Monday, June 9th. There is a table above detailing projected timeline of the project.

This project will take about 4-6 days to complete each home. In order to access the most current updates, check back here frequently to view any posted weather delays or other scheduling updates.
