Monday, July 18th: Good afternoon!

Your project supervisor, Jesse, will be onsite later this week to complete a walk through and mark areas in need of touch ups with blue tape. We kindly ask that after the blue tape pieces are put up that residents leave them where they are as they direct the team members to fix accordingly.

Friday, July 8th: Greetings & Happy Friday!

The crew is onsite and is back at it with painting your front doors. They are fulfilling the appointments that have been scheduled for today as well as knocking on any doors that have not made an appointment and have yet to be painted. Tomorrow the crew will be back to wrap up with the final appointments and then they will be painting all remaining doors in the shut position.

Wednesday, July 6th: Good morning!

The final door painting schedule has been posted above. Please use the calendar tool to sign up for an appointment if you have yet to have your door painted. After Saturday afternoon the crew will be instructed to paint the doors in the shut position if there is no answer. Thank you!

Wednesday, June 29th: Good afternoon!

The crew has started painting the doors in Phase ll today. They will be completing appointments as well as knocking on doors. So, if you are home and available please open your door to have it painted. Thank you again for all of your cooperation throughout this project!

Monday, June 27th: Greetings!

Please use the calendar scheduling tool posted above to sign up to have your front door painted later this week if you are in Phase ll. The crews have been onsite prepping and painting the garage door frames and front door frames. Tomorrow they will begin with the front door painting for your project. The crew will be fulfilling the appointments that are scheduled for tomorrow, as well as knocking on doors and if you are available, please open the door to have us paint.

Wednesday, June 8th: Greetings Residents of Elm Creek!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your front door frames and garage door frames!

The scope of your project includes the painting of 168 front door frames, 42 single garage door frames, and 126 double garage door frames. We will be starting the project on Monday, June 20th with the painting of the garage door frames.

We will be painting resident front doors in Phase l on Thursday 6/23, Friday 6/24, and Saturday 6/25. Please use the calendar scheduling tool above to make an appointment and one of our crew will be available at your scheduled time to complete the painting. Once painted, the doors will need to be left open a minimum of 3 hours to dry after the final coat is applied. Roell Painting will not be responsible and/or will not perform touchups for damages caused by closing doors too early.

***We will only be painting the front doors at Buildings 1-11 next week. The crew will then return starting Thursday, 7/7 to paint the front doors at the remaining 10 Buildings.
