Monday, October 31st: That’s all folks! Thank you all for giving us the privilege of painting throughout your association. We have loved being onsite with you and hope you all have a great rest of the year!

Friday, October 28th: Happy Friday folks! Things have wrapped up at Water’s Edge and we’ll be making sure we’ve crossed all our T’s and dotted all our I’s to make sure the shutters and window bump outs look great. We hope you have a great weekend!

Thursday, October 27th: Hello Water’s Edge. We’re moving along and trying to gain some ground that we lost with the rain yesterday. As Sonny & Cher said, “The Beat Goes On” and we’re continuing to paint your shutters. We’re hopeful to be done at the end of the week.

Wednesday, October 26th: Greetings residents of Water’s Edge. We hope you’re having a great week thus far. Though this rain is quite a damper, the good news is we’re just about done with your project! With all the rain last night and today, we’re probably looking at one more day to get through the last of the shutters.

Monday, October 24th: We hope you all had a great weekend! The Vikings couldn’t hold on to their undefeated status, however this is a new week and we’re hopeful to take down the Bears next Monday.

The crew is continuing the shutter painting and should be done in the next 2 days, weather permitting. It looks like it might be a little wet tomorrow and that will impact our finishing schedule.

Friday, October 21st: Happy Friday folks! The weekend is right around the corner and it looks like a good one! We’re continuing to make our way around to all of the shutters in your association.

Thursday, October 20th: The cool and crisp fall weather is here! We hope you’re having a good week thus far and the good news is, tomorrow is Friday! The other good news is that the window bump-outs have all been painted. The crew is continuing on the shutters throughout the property and we will have another crew onsite tomorrow. We’re hoping to cruise through the rest of the painting during the next week.

Monday, October 17th: Perhaps you’ve found your way to our blog by way of blue notices taped to your garage door frames, welcome! 

The project will be getting underway tomorrow, 10/18 and our crews will be completing shutter painting and window bump-out painting throughout the association. We anticipate the project will take 1.5-2 weeks to complete. We’ll be using ladders to paint the shutters so we ask that you be mindful when entering and leaving your residences. We’ll have several crews onsite to ensure we get everything taken care of. The weather can be quite the unknown variable painting before the snow flies. With that being said, we won’t necessarily be following a completion route, but we will instead complete painting simultaneaously throughout the association.
