DOOR PAINTING SIGN UP
Wednesday, September 9th: Good morning!
Most of the painting has been completed. There are some areas that were left undone — we had submitted a carpentry proposal to get these areas repaired/replaced before we painted them. This is why you’re seeing some tape up and areas unfinished. We are hoping to have an answer in the next 1-2 days and then we’ll finish these areas — either completing the repairs/replacements before painting or going ahead and painting them. Thanks for your patience!
We will be posting a notice for our 2nd attempt at door painting – there are about 8 doors left. Please make an appointment for Saturday, 9/12 between 9 am and 12pm – thank you!
Friday, September 4th: Good afternoon!
The crew is making their way around knocking on doors today. If you’re home and have the time to have your door painted, kindly open the door to have our crew paint it.
We’ll be finalizing another date(s) for doors for next week – stay tuned and more notices will be posted regarding those details. There is also some carpentry work pending so some garage areas may be unpainted yet. We will resolve this and also complete a walk through to make areas needing touch ups in the next several days.

The crew is working at Building #4 today. We’ll be posting notices regarding painting your front door if yours has yet to be painted. You can make an appointment using the calendar tool above for Thursday or Friday this week. We’ll also be scheduling another date if these do not work. Thanks!

Tuesday, September 1st: Good afternoon!
The crew is back onsite — they are starting off at Building 3 today. Buildings 1 & 2 are complete. We’ll be posting notices on the remaining doors to be painted. You may schedule a time on Thursday or Friday this week between 9am and 4pm. This will not be the final attempt to paint your door if you are unavailable. We’ll post notices and share scheduling here on the blog as well. Thank you!

Friday, August 21st: Greetings and TGIF!
The crew is off and running at Arbor Fields. They are pressure washing the included garage doors today and will return on Monday to begin prep and painting of the frames, trim, and gable louvers. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Thursday, August 20th: Good afternoon!
The crew is going to be kicking off your project tomorrow with pressure washing the garage doors only. This should have little impact on your daily routine.
The crew will then return on Monday, August 24th to begin hand cleaning and painting the the included trim areas at your association – front doors and frames, garage doors and frames, patio doors and frames, XLD window trim (select buildings), and your gable louvers.
We’ll soon post a route map that the crew will follow to prep and paint your trim areas. You can continue to stay apprised of project information here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, share photos, and let you know of any weather delays.
