Tuesday, September 3rd: Greetings!
We hope everyone had a great Labor Day Weekend! The crew is onsite continuing to work diligently on your project. Today they have started painting the door frames on the first two buildings.
Monday, August 26th: Good morning!
The crew will be finishing up with pressure washing the first four buildings along the route today. Depending on how much they are able to get done they may also start on the 13851 building this afternoon as well.
Monday, August 19th: Greetings Residents of Cranberry Ridge!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors! The crew will be washing, prepping & painting select front door frames, garage door frames & front entry posts.
Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing in the community on the first building on Tuesday, August 20th. We anticipate that the washing will take about 6 – 8 working days to complete and kindly request that each resident please remove all small personal items and/or items that you do not want to get wet from the outside of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the crew when washing. You may return items once washing is complete.
We also kindly request that each homeowner close their windows and park cars in garage or on the street. Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if water / detergent gets on your personal belongings.
We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so all members can enjoy the remainder of the summer. If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please reach out to the contacts below (E-mail or text is the preferred form of communication).
We are looking forward to getting started this week!
