Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Beechwood townhomes in Woodbury. We are thrilled to be onsite working with and for you this summer!

Monday, June 24th: Good morning!

Our crew has wrapped up your project! Our team just needs to come through for touch ups to ensure the best result. It was our pleasure working with and for your this year!

Wednesday, June 19th: Greetings!

Our crew has started your project as of yesterday 6/18. They have begun pressure washing buildings in numerical order referring to the map above. Once every building has been washed we will be able to return for the painting portion of your project.

Monday, June 17th: Good morning!

Due to unfortunate weather, our crew is unable to be onsite and start your project today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope to start your project as soon as we can!

Tuesday, June 11th: Greetings residents!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, weather delays, and updates to the finishing schedule.

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in your association on Monday, 6/17. We kindly request that you please move all personal items / furniture away from railings & under decks for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access. If you do not remove your contents, the crew will skip your unit and you may be subject to additional costs imposed by the management / association.

This information can also be found on the notices posted on residents garage door frames on 6/13.

Pressure washing will happen in the numerical order shown in the map above. Once pressure washing is complete, we must allow adequate amount of time for drying. Once this is complete our crew will be able to come back and complete your project.

This project should overall have minimal impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone can continue to enjoy the remainder of the summer.
