Friday, February 27th: Greetings Residents of Brookwood!

Our carpenter will soon begin exterior carpentry repairs in select areas of the association as part of the preparation for the upcoming spring painting project. We expect to begin on Wednesday, March 4th.

We anticipate that the specified scope of work that was approved by the community’s association Board to be completed in 2 – 3 weeks. Overall, this project will have minimal impact your daily routine and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Our team will work efficiently to complete the work promptly in preparation for the painting crew to arrive at a later date. To stay up to date on project progress, scheduling updates (including weather delays), and other important information, please check back here often.
