Centennial Lakes – Edina

Greetings ands welcome to the blog for your upcoming project at Centennial Lakes in Edina. We are thrilled to be onsite completing work for you this year! 


Tuesday, March 31st: Hello all – we have a crew onsite today finishing up the wall portion of the project. We will be back on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to complete door appointments.

If you haven’t sign up there is still time. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Monday, March 30th: Happy Monday! We are onsite today and will be knocking on unfinished doors to check to see if residents are open to getting their door painted a bit earlier than their appointment. If you’re unable to, that’s okay – we are just trying to stay ahead of and where we can! The door must remain open for a minimum of 1.5 hours in order for the paint to dry.

A majority of the walls in the building have been painted but the wall painting is still ongoing.

Friday, March 27th: Good morning and Happy Friday to all! Today is the second day of appointments. We have added more time slots on the days we are painting next week – if you have any issues with signing up please don’t hesitate to call our office: 763-559-5296.

Thursday, March 26th: Good morning – today the crew is beginning door appointments. We are removing the door number plates and placing them above the door taped like the photo below. The residue from the plate will be cleaned off prior to the paint being applied to the door.

A reminder that the doors need time to dry and will need to remain open for approximately 2.5 hrs. Thank you for your partnership as we work to complete the doors over the next week or so.

Wednesday, March 25th: Good afternoon!

Here are some pictures of the crew’s work ongoing. We are moving to door appointments on Thursday. Thank you so much for signing up for appointments and getting the schedule filled so efficiently!

Tuesday, March 24th: Good morning, all!

We are onsite again today and continuing on stairwell work. As we work to transition to the hallway / resident spaces, we are now scheduling for resident door painting. Below is a link to sign-up.

We ask that the lower level residents book for this week, and, if possible, the upper level book for next week. The doors will be painted with two coats and will require the door to remain in the open position for a short duration (2 hours).

Monday, March 23rd: Good afternoon!

The crew has been still working on the stairwells but will be transitioning to door painting later this week. We will be posting a notice tomorrow and also your property management company will be sharing the details with you as well.

The appointments will be starting beginning this Thursday, March 26 and Friday, March 27. We will be focusing on the lower floors first and then moving to the upper floors Wednesday, April 1 – Friday, April 3. The link to schedule will be available tomorrow by noon.

Thursday, March 19th: Good evening residents of Centennial Lakes!

The crew is onsite and working diligently to get areas covered & protected. We are making progress in 3 of the stairwells.

Wednesday, March 11th: Greetings residents of Centennial Lakes!

We are excited to be a part of your project.

This project consists of painting entry, stairwell, and common hallway walls. Additionally, painting will include select doors & frames, baseboards, wall trim and one side of resident unit doors. We are anticipating starting to prep and paint on Tuesday, March 17.

The included scope of work for our company will take about 12 – 15 working days to complete the included interior areas for the 7520 building. At a later time, we will be posting a notice regarding painting of the front doors. This task will require the participation from each resident to paint the front doors in the open position. We will be providing information on this in the coming days.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine and will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone can return to their daily routine. In order to access the most current project information and painting schedule updates, please check back here daily!
