Coachmen Highlands – Eagan

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for your upcoming project at Coachmen Highlands in Eagan. We are thrilled to be onsite this summer to spruce up your exteriors.

Tuesday, September 8th: Hello all! Here are some after photos / progress photos of the fences Buildings #4 – #8. We hope that you enjoy the fresh look to your fencing and we think it looks pretty sharp next to the siding of your buildings! Have a great rest of your day!

Wednesday, September 3rd: Hello all – we are not back onsite on a lovely late summer / early fall day and are happy that the rain has left for the time being. We are letting the fences dry and are hoping we can start on Thursday, September 4th. We plan to start at Building C and work in sequential order, however the crew may deviate from the plan depending on the pace of the work in order to keep ahead of any upcoming rainy weather.

Tuesday, September 2nd: Hello all – you may have noticed that we weren’t onsite today due to the rain. We plan to be back onsite tomorrow, weather permitting. We will assess at that time if the fence is dry enough to apply the stain; hopefully, the rain today was minor and the fence will not see any additional moisture before then! Until then, have a great rest of your Tuesday.

Thursday, August 28th: Happy Thursday to all! We hope you are looking forward to some fun Labor Day weekend plans. The team has pressure washed all of the fences and we will return next week on Tuesday, September 2 to begin staining. Have a nice weekend until then!

Monday, August 25th: Happy Monday, all! We’ve started pressure washing fences today and began at Building #1/C. Here are a few before photos of the fencing – we will keep you updated with progress photos in the next few days. Hope you are enjoying the cooler weather and sunshine to start off this week!

Friday, August 22nd: Greetings! Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing fences at the first building in our proposed sequence on: MONDAY, AUGUST 25^th

 We kindly request that each resident please remove all personal items or decorations from your fence areas during the washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the crew when washing.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and staining the included fencing on the first building in our proposed sequence and will follow the buildings sequentially until all fences have been completed. We are projecting that prep & staining will start on: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2^nd (Weather permitting)

 We will be using this project blog to inform residents of pertinent project details, our schedule, and any weather delays during the project.
