Tuesday, May 28th: Good afternoon!

We hope everyone had a great weekend.  The crew was onsite last week to pressure wash your buildings.  Due to the rain last night and this morning they will not be onsite working today.  They will return tomorrow to start prepping and painting Building 1.

Monday, May 21st: Greetings Residents of Evergreen Country Homes!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing on Thursday, May 23rd.  We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items from the exterior of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing.  Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place.  Please also have your outside water spigot on and available for the crew to utilize.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces.  We anticipate that prep work will start on Building 1 in our proposed sequence on Tuesday, May 28th.  The project will take about 4-6 days to complete each home.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.

Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions!
