Hennepin Village – Eden Prairie

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Hennepin Village! We are thrilled to be working with and for you this fall!

Friday, October 17th: We are starting prep & stain today 10/17. Our crew plans on working the weekend in order to capitalize on the warmer weather and drier conditions. The carpentry team will be back to replace/ take out selected pillars on Monday 10/20.

Tuesday, October 14th: Good morning, all – we’re experiencing rain today so we are not performing any paint/staining work. This may extend into Wednesday as well. Thanks for your patience!

Thursday, October 9th: Hello! We’re onsite beginning the project today. We will have an update later today or tomorrow with what mailbox pergolas we have completed.

Wednesday, October 8th: Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming painting & construction project within your community. We are scheduled to pressure wash on: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9TH

We anticipate that washing all mailbox pergolas in the community will take approximately 1-2 working days to complete. To ensure safe and unobstructed access for our crew, we kindly ask that residents please not park in front of or on the sides of mailbox kiosks. Once the surfaces have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin preparation and painting / staining. We are currently planning to begin the first mailbox kiosk on: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14TH (Weather permitting)

The full scope of work is expected to take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete, though each individual kiosk will require significantly less time. We kindly request all homeowners to remain mindful of wet paint and painters working on ladders when retrieving their mail. Roell Painting Company is not be responsible for any damage to clothing or personal items that may come into contact with wet paint.
