Monday, October 13th: Good afternoon – the painting has wrapped up and touch-ups are in progress. The Production Supervisor will be conducting a walkthrough with the association to finish out the project and get sign-off / any final touch-ups required. Thank you so much for letting us take care of your exteriors this fall! We hope you have a great rest of the season and are enjoying October weather!

Tuesday, October 7th: Good morning – we have touch-ups marked on Buildings #1 – #6 and prep and paint of Building #7 (South Elevation) is going down this week. We are finally past the hot temps of September. Did you know that only 6 of the 30 days of the month were cooler than normal? The rest were warmer than normal, and many days significantly so. The average September temperature was +4.1 deg F above normal, which ties us for the 8th warmest September in 152 years of records in the Twin Cities!

The warm and dry weather made it easier for us to paint but we are glad to get some cooler fall weather this week! We thank you for the opportunity to work on your association; it is truly a privilege to have the chance to beautify your exteriors.

More updates to come in a day or so!

Friday, October 3rd: Good morning and welcome to Friday! We are getting really close to finishing prep of Building #6 and are hoping to be finished painting it this weekend. Check out a project update video from Nick R. below:

Additionally, pressure washing of Building #7 will begin tomorrow, October 4th! Here is the information that will be posted at your residences today.

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin pressure washing the REAR ELEVATION ONLY of your building as part of 2025 painting project starting on: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4th. To ensure safe and unobstructed access for our crew, we kindly ask that residents please move any small personal belongings or items they do not wish to get wet indoors ahead of time. Once the surfaces have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin preparation and painting of the paintable surfaces. We are currently planning to begin the first and second building in our sequence on: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 7th (Weather permitting)

We kindly request all homeowners to remain mindful of wet paint and painters working on ladders when entering or existing their units. Roell Painting Company is not be responsible for any damage to personal items that may come into contact with wet paint.

Check out some of the photos from Building #6 from earlier this week!

Monday, September 29th: Happy Monday to all – we’ve wrapped up painting on a few of the buildings and are continuing to work on the remaining ones. We should have more information on the rest of the scope for the week by tomorrow.

Thanks again for your patience! We have another hot day of painting but we hope that it allows for good painting conditions! More to come tomorrow. In the meantime – check out some photos of the carpentry repairs from earlier last week:

Thursday, September 25th: Hello all – the crews have been hard at work and several buildings are nearing completion as you can see in the table above. Below are some action shots of the work going on today. We are grateful for a stretch of dry weather that is allowing us to really get the work done before we get too far into chilly fall weather! The crews will be working over the weekend to get the work done. Thanks for your patience as we work to beautify your homes for the years to come!

Monday, September 22nd: Happy Monday – we hope you all weathered the storms of Sunday night and didn’t experience any hail! Apparently, there was golf ball sized hail in the metro area, including on the east side in Woodbury (Pictured below!):

We seem to have the stormy behind us. Monday will be nice and dry, with a pleasant week ahead. The crew has the prep complete at Building #2 and are waiting for it to dry out and hoping for some sun to help us out. The prep continues on Building #4. You can see the photos below:

Friday, September 19th: Happy Friday to all – we are experiencing some rain delays today. We’ll return over the weekend if the weather allows and it is the right conditions to paint! Thanks for your patience with us as we wait for Mother Nature to align with our project plan.

Thursday, September 18th: Welcome to Thursday and some progress updates for the prep in progress. Building #2 (8069 – 8075) is almost done with prep. Here are some photos of the crew in action:

Building #1, #3 and #5 are about complete and ready to paint. Here are some photos as well!

We thank you for your cooperation and we hope you find the information helpful!

See you on Friday!

Friday, September 5th:  Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming painting project within your community. We anticipate starting pressure washing on your  building, along with several others, as part of proposed sequence starting on: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th

Once the surfaces have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin  preparation and painting of the paintable surfaces. We are currently planning to begin the first and second building in our sequence on: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16th  (Weather permitting)

The full scope of work on all buildings is expected to take approximately 2 – 3 weeks to complete, though each individual building will require significantly less time. We kindly  request all homeowners to remain mindful of wet paint and painters working on ladders  when entering or existing their units. Roell Painting Company is not be responsible for any damage to personal items that may come into contact with wet paint.

We understand this project may temporarily impact your daily routine and we appreciate your patience and cooperation. Our team will work efficiently to complete  the work promptly so everyone can enjoy the fall.
