Wednesday, November 19th: Hello all – the project is substantially complete pending final walkthrough with touch-ups marked. We truly appreciate your patience as we worked to improve the interior areas. We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday next week and a great rest of the year!

Friday, November 14th: Hello all – we’re well onto Stairwell # 5 with preparation happening yesterday as you can see below. We pride ourselves on meticulous prep work in order to protect the surfaces in your building. Based on what the project manager and production supervisor have told me – the project should be finishing during the week of November 17th. Stay tuned for more updates!

Wednesday, November 5th: Happy Wednesday – the crew is very close on Stairwell 1. Stairwell 2 is coming along and it looks like Stairwell 3 will be beginning today. Take a look at the photos from yesterday below:

Monday, November 3rd: Stairwell #1 is nearing completion and is scheduled to be fully finished by tomorrow. Once that’s wrapped up, the team will shift focus to Stairwell #3, with work beginning on Wednesday. In Stairwell #2, glue removal is currently underway, and we anticipate moving into the priming phase later today or tomorrow, depending on drying and prep conditions. Overall, progress is on track, and each area is advancing according to plan.

Friday, October 31st: Happy Halloween – the crew is moving along and making sure we prep and cover the flooring – there will be wallpaper glue removed and we have to apply the right products to make sure it comes off! We hope you all have a nice weekend – more picture updates to come next week!

Wednesday, October 29th: We are back onsite today and moving and grooving. Here are some photos of the progress made late yesterday.

Tuesday, October 28th: Hello residents – yesterday we kicked off the project and began preparation for all of the work prior to painting.

Check out these photos. It’s so important to do the prep before the painting begins as we want to ensure that we protect the surfaces that we’re not touching. We use a lot of plastic, paper and tape to accomplish this. Great Prep = Great Results

Friday, October 24th: Good morning!

Welcome residents of Marsh Park to your project blog. This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule.  We are excited to be a part of your stairwell renovation project. 

Please be advised that our crew will begin removing wallpaper, prepping & painting of the stairway walls and ceilings in each building starting on: MONDAY, OCTOBER 27TH. Please be mindful of wet paint. Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for damages of paint adhering to clothing or personal belongings if the surfaces are touched.

We are projecting that the specified tasks in each of the stairwells will take approximately 7-10 working days to complete. We will do our best to complete the project promptly with limited disturbance.

Residents can follow the progress of the project & the schedule here for updates, project photos, or leave a comment/question below. We ask that communication about the project go through the Production Manager or your Board and not the crews that we have onsite. Thank you!

Jason, our Production Manager will be onsite often checking on progress and answering any questions. Dana, the Project Manager will also be onsite weekly to check in and be available for updates.
