Mirror Lakes – St. Anthony

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for your upcoming pressure washing project at Mirror Lakes in St. Anthony. We are thrilled to be onsite this year to spruce up your exteriors.

September 9th: We’re back on Tuesday and expect some rain later in the afternoon today. The crew may work into Wednesday if the work is interrupted but will aim to complete it today.

September 8th: Happy Monday to all – the crew expects to be completing the final washing tomorrow. We will update this if it changes but for now you can expect for the work to wrap up then.

September 3rd: Hello all – we are onsite and working on pressure washing your exteriors. We will update with our progress tomorrow and let you know how far we were able to get today. Have a great night!

September 2nd: Hello all! We didn’t expect so much help from Mother Nature on pressure washing but we’re working to get the pressure washing completed within the timeframe stated this week. We will begin pressure washing in the association on Wednesday, September 3rd.

Please be advised that Roell Painting Company has been contracted by the Mirror Lake HOA to pressure wash your buildings and other select surfaces throughout the entire association. 

We kindly request that you please remove any small personal items from the deck and/or patio of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place.

This project will likely take 3-5 working days to complete. Overall, this project will have MINIMAL impact to your daily routine.
