Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Owassso Heights in Roseville! We’re looking forward to being back onsite with you this year! See below for a project welcome video.

Route Map – Owasso Heights

Friday, June 20th: Hello all – the walkthrough is happening next week, but at this time the project blog will be closed. IF there are any touchups. they will be marked and completed shortly after the walkthrough.

We appreciate your patience throughout the project and hope you enjoy your refreshed exteriors!

Wednesday, June 11th: Painting is substantially done pending a final walkthrough/approval with the board.

Monday, June 9th: Hello all – we have a rain delay today and so touch-ups are unlikely occur but should still happen this week.

Friday, June 6th: Hello all and happy Friday! The crew started on Building H and plans to work on Saturday as needed to finish up the job.

The plan early next week is to mark touch-ups and have the crews complete those so we can wrap this project up for the association!

Wednesday, June 4th: Hello all – since we were delayed by rain we will be working on F and G today. Building H we are waiting for window replacement in order to proceed.

Tuesday, June 3rd: Rain may slow us down today but we hope to be resuming tomorrow!

Monday, June 2nd: Hello and welcome to Monday! Buildings Q-I are completed pending touch-ups and those will occur this week. Currently working on Building D&E; starting F and G tomorrow pending weather. Building H we are waiting for window replacement in order to proceed. More to come later this week!

Friday, May 30th: The second crew should be wrapping up their buildings pending touch-ups and the first crew continues on their buildings. We hope to have an estimated completion timeframe for you early next week!

Wednesday, May 28th: This week we are dodging rain drops but we will continue to work as the weather allows. The extended forecast looks fairly promising!

Tuesday, May 27th: Building A & B are complete and the first crew is working on Building C; the second crew will be starting Building K this afternoon. All other buildings: L-Q are completed pending touch-ups. Looks like we will be able to continue working this week without rain delays.

Friday, May 23rd: Happy Memorial Day weekend to all! Painting has resumed and approval has been given for work to continue this weekend on Saturday and Sunday. One crew is working on finishing Building B and will move to Building C over the weekend. The second crew is working on Building O and Building N over the weekend.

Wednesday, May 21st: Rain delay – painting will resume on Friday, May 23rd. Stay dry out there!

Tuesday, May 20th: Hello all! It’s a rainy and cold day, which means that project work is halting today because of the rain.

The forecast for later in the week looks better so we are hopeful that we will resume on Thursday. Stay tuned and check in here tomorrow for an update.

Monday, May 19th: Brrrr, a cold start to the week!

Our crews are working on Building A, P & Q today. We anticipate that rain will delay work this week on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Please check back here tomorrow for an update / rain delay notice.

Friday, May, 16th: Happy Friday, all!

Prep and painting was occurring yesterday and is in progress, however – the rain and wind will likely keep the work from happening today.

Let’s hope for drier skies next week! Have a nice weekend!

Thursday, May 15th: Hello and Happy Thursday!

Pressure washing was completed mid-week. Prep and painting has occurred on A & Q and is in progress.

We will plan to update you on Friday with the progress and plan for next week!

Monday, May 12th: Hello and Happy Monday!

Pressure washing has begun today and there will be two crews working to complete the tasks of pressure washing. Below is a picture of a crew already hard at work on this hot and sunny day.

We will be updating you each day as we have more information on the painting schedule for the buildings as Thursday is the planned start for painting tasks but will depend on the weather conditions. Take a look at the project welcome video above to hear from your Project Manager, Danielle. Have a great start to your week!

Thursday, May 8th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in anticipation of the upcoming painting project in the association. The pressure washing tasks are scheduled to begin on the first building of our proposed sequence (Crew 1 – Start on Building A and end at H; Crew 2 Start on Building Q and end at Building I) on: MONDAY, MAY 12th.

We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

The crews will return after the substrates have sufficiently dried to commence the process of preparing & painting select surfaces on the outside of your home that are included in the specified scope of work approved by your Association Board of Directors for 2025.

We are projecting that prep and painting work will begin for BUILDING A & Q ONLY of our proposed sequence on: THURSDAY, MAY 15th.

The project will take about 4 weeks to complete all the homes (however, the work on your individual building will only take 4 – 6 working days to complete). We realize that this project may disrupt your daily routine, and we will do our best to complete it as quickly as possible so that everyone can enjoy the remainder of the summer. The best way to obtain an update on the project status, any impact it may have to your daily routine, and weather-related delays, please come back to this blog for updates.
