Monday, June 23rd: Work has substantially completed on this project, with a few touch-ups occurring late last week. The final walkthrough is scheduled for this week with the Production Supervisor and Property Management Team.

Thursday, June 12th: We are still targeting this week to complete the project but this afternoon we have seen the forecast and it calls for rain – we will do our best to wrap this up as planned!

Expect a better update on Friday, June 13th – we certainly hope we don’t walk under any ladders on this day!

Wednesday, June 11th: We are finishing peaks and chimneys on Building 5 and we are hoping to wrap up the project yet this week. The rain is giving us a little bit of a challenge but we aim to still finish the project this week!

Monday, June 9th: Happy rainy Monday to you all! We’ve been slower starting out this week as we’ve experienced a little bit of rain. We still hope to wrap up the project this week, assuming we get a few good rain free days.

Friday, June 6th: Happy Weekend!

We’re nearing the finish line! The crew is completing the decks on Building #5 today, with all other decks already finished. Teams are also making great progress on the chimneys across all buildings. On Buildings #1–4, work on door frames, window bump-outs, and peaks is now complete.

Barring any weather delays, we anticipate wrapping up the entire project in the next 2 to 3 working days. Thank you for your continued patience and support! See below for some progress photos:

Wednesday, June 4th: Hello Residents! We are resuming decks on Thursday and we have finished painting the peaks of Building#4, window bump outs, pillars and door frames. We are working on pillars and doors on Building #5. Below are some progress photos:

Tuesday, June 3rd: Rain may slow us down today but we hope to be resuming tomorrow!

Monday, June 2nd:  Welcome to June and some hot and windy weather today!

We are working on doors and pillars on Building #5. For our friends in Building #4 we are working on window bump-outs and peaks. Building #1 we began staining decks but we are keeping our eye on the weather and there may be a rain delay this week to our deck staining but we are hopeful it will be short-lived.

Friday, May 30th: We’re excited to share some great progress across Buildings 1 through 5 this week!

  • Buildings #1 & #2 are nearly complete! The main structures are finished, with just the decks and chimneys remaining. We’re currently giving them time to dry out before we move forward.

  • Building #3 is shaping up beautifully. The door frames, pillars, and window bump-outs are all in place. Right now, our crew is focused on completing the shake peaks.

  • Building #4 is not far behind. With door frames and pillars done, we’ve moved on to the window bump-outs—shake peaks are up next on the agenda.

  • Building #5 is currently in the early finishing stages, with work underway on the pillars and door frames.

As a reminder, there will be no work happening over the weekend, but we’ll be back at it on Monday to keep the momentum going! Here are some photos of the crew progress:

Wednesday, May 28th: Hello and welcome to another few days of wet weather! The work on Building #1 & Building #2 is substantially complete with the exception of chimneys and decks. This work will start early next week. On Building #3, the crew is focused on shakes and siding. On Building #4 the crew is focusing on the pillars and entry door frames. We hope that in the next few days we will have a dry stretch of weather that will allow us to make big strides on the project. Thanks for your patience!

Tuesday, May 27th: Pillars and frames of Building 3 are in progress; waiting for the weather to cooperate in order to work on decks. Planning to stain decks on Wednesday, May 28th.

Wednesday, May 21st: Hello, another rain delay continues today and painting wood substrates will resume on Friday. Crews will not be working over the weekend; staining of decks with resume on Tuesday, May 27th.

Tuesday, May 20th: Hello all! It’s a rainy and cold day, which means that project work is halting today because of the rain.

The forecast for later in the week looks better so we are hopeful that we will resume on Thursday. Stay tuned and check in here tomorrow for an update.

Monday, May 19th: Happy Monday and make sure you haven’t put away your cold weather gear for the season yet.

Building #1 is complete with the exception of the chimneys and decks. Building #2 is In Progress and on Building #3 the crews have begun the door frames and pillars.

Decks were planned to begin today but because of the rain delays, they will not begin until Friday. When the rain comes tomorrow/Wednesday the decks will become very wet and will need a few days to dry out – hence the Friday planned start.

Check back tomorrow for a confirmation on the rain delay and stay dry out there!

Thursday, May 15th: Happy Thursday!

Building 2 & 3 pillars and doorframes are being worked on; part of the crew is working ahead while the remaining crew is concentrated on finishing Building #1.

Deck staining will begin on Monday, May 19th pending weather conditions. Crew will tape off decks as they are being stained and should remove caution tape when the entry porch is safe for use, i.e., can be walked on.

We will get an update on the blog next week.

Monday, May 12th: Happy Monday!

Prep work has begun for the painting onsite. Looks to be a great day for painting outside. An update will be provided on Tuesday, May 13th as to projected painting start date for the rest of the buildings.

Tuesday, May 6th: Happy Tuesday, all!

An update for you on this beautiful sunny day. Pressure washing is complete. Prep work will begin next week on Monday, May 12th to begin the painting work onsite.

Our next update will be on Monday, May 12th – until then, enjoy the lovely spring weather we are having!

Friday, May 2nd: Greetings Residents of Pointe West Commons HOA!

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing in the community over the span of four to five business days starting on Monday, May 5th.

We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from entry patios for the pressure washing and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. We expect washing on all homes to be completed in 4-5 days for all of the buildings.  Once the washing is complete, you may return the items.

The crew will return after the substrates have sufficiently dried to commence the process of preparing, staining & painting select surfaces on the outside of your home that are included in the specified scope of work approved by your Association Board of Directors for 2025. We are projecting that prep work will begin for BUILDING #1 ONLY (1550) on Monday, May 12th.

The project will take about 4 weeks to complete all the homes. (However, the work on your individual building will only take 4-6 days to complete). The best way to obtain an update to on the project status and any impact it may have to your daily routine can be found at this project blog.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please reach out to the contact below. Email is the preferred method of communication.

We are looking forward to getting started this week and to working with and for you again this year!
