Riverview at Upper Landing – St. Paul

Project Complete

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Riverview at Upper Landing. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this year!

Saturday, July 26:

The projection quite complete but we are aiming to wrap it up with a final sign-off during the week of July 28th!

Wednesday, July 23:

We are back this week but we have experienced some rain so it may hamper efforts to wrap up work this week; hoping that it is still the case!

Wednesday, July 16th:

We are not onsite until 7/21 as we are waiting for window washing to complete before returning. We expect to be wrapped up by mid next week, assuming all is good with the team at Riverview. At this time, all of the deck stacks are complete so you should be free to return all of your personal items back to your deck and enjoy the rest of the summer weather!

Monday, July 7th:

Hello all – we are back painting and working on the second building (top building on map). We will have an update for you tomorrow as to the progress made today and hopefully a plan for the next 2-3 days, assuming no weather delays!

We hope you had a nice and safe holiday over the weekend! Thanks for your patience as we work to complete the project.

Thursday, July 3rd:

Hello all – this week we finished the first building (bottom building on map) and have moved on to the second building. The crew will not work on Friday, July 4th and Saturday, July 5th in order to avoid prep that could be disrupted by the forecasted rain on Saturday, July 5th.

From all of us at Roell Painting, we wish you a safe and Happy Fourth of July!

Thursday, June 26th: We’ve had some rain this week, but we did make some progress earlier in the week. Tomorrow should be a drier day and the crew will plan to work Saturdays in order to make up for lost time because of rain! More to come tomorrow with an overall progress update and plan for the next week.

Friday, June 20th: The crew is working to complete priming and then getting first coat of paint on four of the stacks today. Next week, there will be three stacks starting on the outside and two on the inside.

Have a great weekend and stay cool!

Thursday, June 19th: Here are some photos of the crew’s work after this week of prep and painting. We are applying a primer to the stack, which will be followed by the orange color paint which will restore the orange to its full glory!

Monday, June 16th: We had hoped for a drier start to the week, but we have a wet and rainy Monday to contend with today. We’re hopeful we can make progress after the skies lighten up this week.

Friday, June 13th: Happy Rainy Friday to all! The crew has wrapped up pressure washing both buildings. Painting / Prep to start as soon as conditions permit early next week. There will likely be some Saturdays that the crew is onsite in order to make up any time and get ahead of weather delays. The apartment management will be sharing more details on the hours you can expect that to happen. For now, enjoy these action photos of pressure washing below:

Thursday, June 12th: Happy Thursday – the crew has made good progress and rain in the evenings hasn’t slowed them down. There will be a more comprehensive update tomorrow on what remains for the pressure washing schedule on each building.

Wednesday, June 11th: Happy Wednesday and Project Start Day!

Pressure washing has begun and the crew is hard at work moving around the first building. Check out the welcome video below for more information from the Sales Project Manager, Danielle.

Friday, June 6th: Greetings Residents of Riverview at Upper Landing!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing on Wednesday, June 11th.  The pressure washing / painting will begin at the purple arrow on the above map and follow the respective red / blue line depending on the type (ladder or lift). We kindly request that you please remove personal items away from the edge of the siding for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing & painting is complete, you may return the items to their normal place. Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine can be found here on your project blog.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please reach out to the contacts below.  Email is the preferred form of communication.

We are looking forward to getting started and working with and for you again this summer!
