Thursday, October 16th: Hello all – we’ve been hit with rain again so we’re not able work on exteriors until we have a break from the rain. When we don’t have sun and warmer temperatures it can take a bit to get the right conditions. We hope to continue yet this week!

Thanks again for your patience!

Tuesday, October 14th: Hello all – today we are experiencing a rain delay. The next few days are forecasted to have rain – so we will keep our eyes on the skies and hope the weather can get back to more drier weather.

Thanks for your patience!

Tuesday, October 7th: We are finally past the hot temps of September. Did you know that only 6 of the 30 days of the month were cooler than normal? The rest were warmer than normal, and many days significantly so. The average September temperature was +4.1 deg F above normal, which ties us for the 8th warmest September in 152 years of records in the Twin Cities!

The warm and dry weather made it easier for us to paint but we are glad to get some cooler fall weather this week! We thank you for the opportunity to work on your association; it is truly a privilege to have the chance to beautify your exteriors.

More updates to come  later today!

Friday, October 3rd: Hello everyone – please keep the personal items you removed out of the exterior areas that are being painted so that the painters have the best access for hand cleaning and painting. Thank you so much for your patience!

Thursday, October 2nd: Good morning, residents of Savanna Grove. We are onsite this morning and beginning the hand cleaning in your community. We will also be begin some painting as well. Thanks again for removing your personal decorations and items. We will be updating the blog with what buildings have been cleaned tomorrow morning with a plan for the next few days.

Have a great Thursday!

Wednesday, October 1st: Please be advised that our crew will begin hand cleaning garage frames & front entry support post areas at the first building in our proposed sequence on: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2nd

We kindly request that each resident please remove all decorations and personal items from areas to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the crew.

The crew will return to begin prepping & painting included trim areas on the first building in our proposed sequence and will follow the buildings sequentially until all included areas are completed.  We are projecting that prep & finishing will start on: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2nd  (Weather permitting)

We will be using this online project blog to inform residents of pertinent project details, our schedule and any weather delays during the project.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please reach out to the contacts below.  Email is the preferred form of communication.

We are looking forward to getting started and working with and for you!
