Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Village in the Park Lofts. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this year!

Thursday, September 18th: The remaining doors are being painted this week or have been painted as of this update. We thank you for your patience and we hope you enjoy your refreshed exterior areas!

Monday, September 15th: Hello all – we have been working through the appointments over the past few days. We will plan to paint any remaining doors in the closed position at this time, unless otherwise arranged with property management. Hope you all have a good week!

Thursday, September 11th: Good morning all! We began the project yesterday and the crew is onsite today continuing with appointments. The fog today is adding some interesting atmosphere to the outside. We have had a few homeowners ask if we can call in advance of the window and unfortunately, we’re not able to do that but we appreciate your patience as we work through the patio doors and frames.

Please be advised that our crews will begin prepping & painting 1st, 2nd, & 3rd floor patio doors & frames around the building starting on: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th

Painting of your patio door will require participation from each homeowner to paint the door in the open position and community members will have two options to get their door painted.

The first option is to allow a crew member (they will be knocking on doors throughout the duration of the project during business hours) to complete this task while you are home if you are available and it is convenient for your schedule. The second and most convenient method for completing this painting task is to select a date & time at the website below that works within your schedule. To scheduling a time please sign-up below:

Our team will be taking on the two-hour appointments on the following days:

• Wednesday, September 10th 8 AM – 4 PM
• Thursday, September 11th 8 AM – 4 PM
• Friday, September 12th 8 AM – 4 PM
• Saturday, September 13th 8 AM – 2 PM

Through the scheduling tool, appointments will be a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have not made an appointment or allowed the painters to paint the door while you are home by Saturday, September 13th, your door will be painted in the closed position this day. After the door is painted, it must remain open for a minimum of 2.5 hours. Damages caused by prematurely closing will not be the responsibility of Roell Painting to fix & will not be repaired.
