Villages at Circle Pines – Circle Pines

Thursday, August 14th:

The crew is substantially complete pending final touch-ups after a walkthrough. We will close out the blog for now – we hope you have a great rest of your summer!

Wednesday, August 6th:

Yesterday the crews were working on Building #10, #12, and #18 – check out some action photos below. We had a little rain this morning but hopefully it will stay away and we can continue to make progress this week!

Monday, August 4th:

Hello all – we are continuing on this week and making good progress with two crews. We hope to have an update tomorrow with what buildings we are at and how much we have left.

Tuesday, July 29th:

Good morning, all! We kicked off the project start yesterday and Building #1 and are hard at work with preparation / painting tasks. It looks like the weather will be cooperating with us for the next few days – so we’re hoping to make good headway. We will provide a progress update in the next day or two with progress photos when we have them. Tomorrow, the crew will continue on the north side of Lake Drive and a second crew will begin at Building #14.

Saturday, July 26th:

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming painting project of select accent areas (decorative front door frames & window keystones) in the community. We are projecting that preparation and painting tasks will start on: MONDAY, JULY 28^th

We kindly request that each homeowner be aware of wet paint while entering or exiting their unit. Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if paint gets on your clothes or personal belongings.

The included scope of work for our company will take about 10 – 14 working days to complete; however, your individual unit will take less time to finish the included accent areas. Please be mindful that weather may alter this finishing schedule. Overall, this project will have MINIMAL impact to your daily routine.
