Greetings and welcome to your project blog! We are thrilled to be back onsite working with and for you!

Tuesday, July 29th: Hi all – the project is substantially complete; tomorrow the Production Manager will be walking the property to review and mark any touch-ups required.

Saturday, July 26th: Hello all – we’ve been hard at work in the past week – check out some photos below of the work in progress. It sure is a hot one this weekend and we hope you are enjoying some air conditioning or have some shade on hand.

Thursday, July 17th: Hello all – pressure washing is starting today – below are a few photos of the crew getting started today. Have a great day – the cooler temperatures really are a nice break for the heat we’ve been experiencing and I’d say our crews would agree :).

Tuesday, July 15th: Happy Tuesday to all! The crew is getting prepared and ready to be onsite on Thursday. A reminder that we need you to remove personal items from your decks in order to ensure the crew has access to all areas of the deck. You may return the items after the pressure washing but please note that when the staining occurs the items should be removed again. Thank you so much!

Friday, July 11th: Greetings Residents of Waycliffe 1!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. We are excited to be a part of your exterior project.

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing your building & deck on: Thursday, July 17th on Building Group #1. The crew will begin at #1 and head to #2 and #3 in that order.

 We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure washing and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces.  

We are projecting that prep work will start on the first building on: Monday, July 21st 

The project will take about 4-7 days to complete each home. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine on this blog.
