Windward at Dancing Waters – Woodbury

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Windward at Dancing Waters! We are thrilled to be working with and for you this fall!

Wednesday, October 8th: Good afternoon! The team has been working hard on this project and we anticipate that we will be finishing by this coming weekend! Check out the project update video from the Project Supervisor, Jason, below:

Tuesday, October 7th: Good afternoon – the team onsite has been working through the buildings and today is at building #15 & #17. Here are some photos of the team at work today:

Monday, September 29th: Happy Monday – the crew finished pressure washing of the community and is working to begin staining this morning at Building #1. The dates for the work at Building 1-4 are projected and so the schedule may not hold exactly.

Thursday, September 25th: Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin pressure washing in the community in preparation for the upcoming maintenance staining project of front entry decking.  We will begin pressure washing with the first building on: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 25^TH     

We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove all items off their deck for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.   

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and staining your deck floors.  We are projecting the staining tasks to begin at the first building:  MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29^TH     

We understand this project may have a temporary impact to your daily routine and we appreciate your patience and cooperation We are projecting that the project will take approximately 2 – 3 weeks to complete all units. Additionally, if you would like to get a project update, please visit your association specific project blog. Your community’s project blog also designates the sequence of buildings and finishing schedule.
