Thursday, June 4th: Hi all the crew has completed the touch-ups and this project has been marked as completed. We will see you next time!

Friday, May 29th: Hello – the touch-ups have been marked and the crew will be onsite to complete the work in the next day or so. We will close the blog next week after this occurs. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Tuesday, May 26th: Good afternoon – the crew has complete the work but the association needs to have a final walkthrough with the Production Supervisor. We will keep the blog open until that has occurred.

Until then – thank you for your patience.

Monday, May 18th: Good morning – we got quite a bit of rain last night which may delay the start of painting today until the surfaces are all dry enough to paint. Thank you for your patience as we begin to move through the community completing the scope of painting work.

The rest of the week looks like we will get a decent stretch of dry weather.

Thursday, May 14th: Good morning, all! The crew was onsite this morning to begin preparation for painting work. Here is the planned sequence of work below:

Wednesday, May 13th: Hi all – carpentry began today and we will be onsite tomorrow to start preparation for the painting work. See the map above – any house with black trim is planned to be part of the project work. Please see the project welcome video above from the Project Manager, Danielle. Tuesday, May 12th: Hello residents – carpentry was expected to begin today but we will be starting carpentry work tomorrow. The prep for painting will begin as planned on Thursday, May 14th.

Friday, May 8th: Greetings!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming exterior project. We are excited to be working together this year! Our carpenter will soon begin exterior carpentry repairs in select areas of the association as part of the preparation for the upcoming spring painting project. We expect to begin on: TUESDAY, MAY 12^TH    

 We anticipate that the specified carpentry scope of work that was approved by the community’s association Board to be completed in 2 – 3 business days.

We plan to return to begin preparation for painting on: THURSDAY, MAY 14^TH
