Friday, May 17th: Greetings!

We apologize for the delay in updates but rest assured the crew has been working diligently on your project!  They will be wrapping up with the carpentry on your decks next week, weather permitting.  We will then soon be transitioning into the painting portion of your project.  Notices will be posted for this on your units before the crew will begin.

Monday, May 6th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing to make great progress on your project.  They are currently working on 10052, about halfway through the first map shown above!

Wednesday, May 1st: Good morning!

Your project is underway! With the many rain delays we were finally able to get started yesterday.  The crew completed 4 decks and will be continuing to work today.  As the project progresses we will continue to update you with the progress made and any future weather delays.

Tuesday, April 16th: Greetings Residents of Prairie View of Hennepin Village!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule.

Our crew is scheduled to begin removal & replacement of select deck fascia throughout the association on Thursday, April 25th.  We will begin on the west side of the property at 10000 Indigo Drive and work our way east over the course of approximately four weeks (depending on weather) finishing these substrates.

The preparation of these substrates involves several tasks so we please ask that residents not remove any material during the construction process.

We kindly request that you please remove any small personal items from the deck & patio of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for replacement.  Once the replacement is complete, you may return the items to their normal place.

Overall, this project should have minimal impact to your daily routine.  Please check back here to follow the progress of the project, updates to the daily schedule and for any weather delays.
