Touch-ups have been completed and this project is complete! We hope you all enjoy the updates to the exterior of your homes.

Monday, May 12th:

Touch-ups are planned to occur at some point this week. We will update this blog when they are in progress and give an idea when they will be complete.

Thursday, May 8th: Happy Friday JR. to all who celebrate!

The Production Supervisor says touch-ups will happen soon after he walks the property with the Manager/Board representative early next week.

Tuesday, May 6th: Happy Tuesday! The weather has continued to delight us all and we are happy to report that we are substantially complete as of today, pending some touch-ups on the buildings.

We will update you here later this week with an idea of when touch-ups will be scheduled. 

Monday, May 5th: Good day and welcome to a beautiful day for painting in Minnesota!

We continue to make progress and several buildings have been completed. Today the crew is planning to complete Building #3 and will be prepping Building #4. Building #5 is planned to start on May 6.

Thursday, May 1st: Good morning! There is a RAIN DELAY today.

We will be finishing Building #1 tomorrow, May 2, as well as starting prep and painting of Building #2 and Building #3.

Monday, April 28th: Good afternoon!

The crew was able to pressure wash your buildings faster than anticipated and has completed pressure washing all 5 buildings. They will return to begin prep work on Building 1 on Wednesday, April 30th as long as the substrates have fully dried out.

Friday, April 25th: Happy Friday and Project Kickoff Day!

The crew has begun pressure washing Building #1 today. The Project Supervisor anticipates that we will complete Building #1 and begin to pressure wash Building #2.

Tuesday, April 22nd: Greetings Residents of Stonehaven Townhomes!

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing 5 buildings in the community over the span of two to three days starting on Friday, April 25th.

We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from patios for the pressure washing and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. We expect washing on all homes to be completed in 2-3 days for all the buildings in this phase. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your patio.

The crew will return after the substrates have sufficiently dried to commence the process of preparing and painting the surfaces that are included on the first building followed by the second and so on. We are projecting that prep work will begin for BUILDING # 1 ONLY on Wednesday, April 30th.

The project will take about 3 weeks to complete all the homes in this phase (However, the work on your individual building will only take 4-6 days to complete). The best way to obtain an update to on the project status and any impact it may have to your daily routine
