Thursday, August 21: Hi all – the crew should be wrapping up the project today. We appreciate all of the support in order to get your project completed! Have a great rest of your summer and we’ll see you next time.

Thursday, August 14: Hi all – the crew is on Building #11 as of yesterday; below are a few progress photos. They are also starting from the beginning to finish the left and right elevation high peaks with 48’ foot ladder only.

Wednesday, August 6th: Hi all – the crew won’t be onsite today due to the rain this morning. It looks like scattered rain showers forecast so we will resume on Thursday morning. Stay dry!

Monday, August 4th: Hello all – we are cruising through the work are currently working on Building #6. The crew is working to paint the areas behind the unit numbers and put the numbers back as soon as they are down with the painting so there is no confusion on deliveries.

Tuesday, July 29th: Hi all  – we’ve officially gotten to building #3 as of yesterday. The crew will continue to move in the sequence on the above map. Here are a couple of pictures from yesterday. Hoping to have an update in a few days with more photos and a progress report.

Saturday, July 26th: Happy Saturday! We’re hard at work painting and hope to post some progress photos early next week and give a progress update on where we are at.

Tuesday, July 22nd: Good evening! 

The pressure washing is complete and the crew will be onsite to begin prep tasks and painting tasks. 

Just to note, we’ll be accessing paintable areas on your rear / garage side elevation from ladders to get up on to your decks. Thanks!

We are aware of the situation at 541 and 545 and will be skipping work on these front areas and only completing painting on the surrounding areas that are clear of obstruction, etc. 

Looking forward to getting the painting going! 

Friday, July 18th: Happy Friday all – the team is onsite working on pressure washing today. Weather permitting, we plan to begin the prep work for painting next week. We hope you have a nice weekend!

Wednesday, July 16th: Greetings Residents of Brooks Ridge!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. We are excited to be a part of your exterior project.

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing your building on: Friday, July 18th on Building Group #1. The crew will begin at #1 and head to #2 and #3 in that order.

 We kindly request that you please remove all small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces.  

We are projecting that prep work will start on the first building on: Tuesday, July 22nd.

The project will take about 4-7 days to complete each home. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine on this blog.

Please note that BUILDING 9 may be put last in the order due to issues with the exterior on 545 and 541 Satori Way; we will do our best to communicate any other changes to the planned route.
