Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Highgrove at Arbor Lakes.  We are thrilled to be back onsite working with and for you!

Thursday, September 4th:

Good morning! Happy Friday Jr. to all who celebrate! This week has flown by due to Labor Day at the start of the week. Rest assured – the crew is hard at work on Building #12, 13, 14 and 15. Below are some photos of the progress. The crew believes that they will finish building #16 early next week and then will work to coordinate the pressure washing of the remaining buildings.

Wednesday, September 3rd:

Hello all – we are back working after the rain delay yesterday. We should be getting an update on here with what buildings have completed painting and pressure washing and a plan for the rest of the week. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience as we continue to work on the project scope into the early part of fall.

Monday, August 25th:

Hello all – we are working on Bldg #10 today and plan to start today on Bldg #11. We are hopeful that the cooler, dry weather will allow us to make some great progress this week! Here’s hoping for a good start to everyone’s week and we hope you have a chance to visit the MN State Fair before the end of the summer.

Thursday, August 21st:

Hello all – we are hard at work on Building #9 and #10 today and plan to finish Building #9 on Saturday, August 23rd. Building #10 we are working on trim and also plan to finish on Saturday, assuming no weather delays! We hope you are enjoying the end of summer and the cooler temperatures we have coming up! Have a great rest of your week and we will get you more updates in the next couple of days. If you haven’t made your appointments yet for door painting, please do so!

Monday, August 18th: Hello all – we are rain delayed today! We do have new time slots up for door painting beginning Wednesday this week:

Wednesday, July 30th: Hello all! We have worked our way through Building 13 & 14 and Building 15 & 16 are in progress. Prep & Painting of Building #17 is planned to begin on Friday, August 1.

There will be notices posted soon with directions on how to sign-up for front door appointments. Below is a link to sign-up if you’ve been given a notification that your front door will be painted.  Appointments are planned to run Wednesday, August 6 – Saturday, August 9.

Wednesday, July 23: Hello all – we have gotten through some of the rain early this week and the prep and painting are in full effect. We hope the rain holds off later this afternoon but we are keeping our eyes on the sky. 

Friday, July 18th: Happy Friday! We are onsite pressure washing today and are planning to have multiple crews on site in order to work through the pressure washing and get started on painting. We expect that after pressure washing we will return to begin prep/painting on Tuesday July 22nd. We are beginning with building 13 and planning to work in numbered sequence. More to come next week!

Thursday, July 17th : Greetings Residents of Highgrove at Arbor Lakes!

Welcome to your project blog!  We are excited to be back onsite with you this year.

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming painting project within your community. We anticipate starting pressure washing on: FRIDAY, JULY 18^TH

 We anticipate that washing all buildings in the community will take approximately 3 – 5 working days to complete.  To ensure safe and unobstructed access for our crew, we kindly ask that residents please move any small personal belongings or items they do not wish to get wet indoors ahead of time. Once the surfaces have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin preparation and painting of the building exterior. We are currently planning to begin the first building on: TUESDAY, JULY 22^ND 

 The full scope of work is expected to take approximately 4-5 weeks to complete, though each individual unit will require significantly less time.  We kindly request all homeowners to remain mindful of wet paint and painters working on ladders when entering or existing their units.  Roell Painting Company is not be responsible for any damage to clothing or personal items that may come into contact with wet paint.
