Thursday, August 21st:

We are aiming to wrap up this project tomorrow, Friday August 22nd. We’re so glad we were able to work to beautify your exteriors this summer! We hope you enjoy the rest of the summer and hopefully get a chance to take some time outside.

Monday, August 4th:

Hello – the crew is onsite this week and is beginning to work on the painting and preparation tasks. Specifically they are working on painting metal rails and light poles today. Later in the week we could get some inclement weather so we will keep our eyes on the skies and hope that we can avoid and weather delays!

Wednesday, July 30th:

Hello! The crew started on Building #17 today. We will keep you updated on any weather delays and we anticipate that we will still return to begin work on decking on Monday, August 4th. The select hand cleaning of areas and painting is also still planned for Friday, August 1.

Tuesday, July 29th:

Hello all – the crew will be onsite tomorrow, July 30th to begin pressure washing on the first building #17. They are planning to move through the building groups in order of sequence 17-25 (Group C only). Stay tuned for more updates tomorrow!

Saturday, July 26th:

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in anticipation of the upcoming painting project in the association. The pressure washing tasks are scheduled to begin on decking on the first building of our proposed sequence on:

WEDNESDAY, JULY 30TH

We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home and items off of your decks to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

After decking surfaces have been washed, the wood will need time to dry and during that time we will begin painting select trim that will be hand cleaned (i.e., front door frames, shutters, garage doors, etc.) on Friday, August 1st in our proposed sequence found on this blog.

We anticipate that the entire project (deck painting and trim painting) will be completed within 4 – 6 weeks; however, your unit/building will be completed much sooner. Please be aware that the weather will likely affect our completion schedule. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association as soon as possible to begin deck preparation and painting on the first building in our proposed sequence on:

MONDAY, AUGUST 4TH

We realize that this project may disrupt your daily routine, and we will do our best to complete it as quickly as possible so that everyone can enjoy the remainder of the summer. To view the most recent information, projected washing / staining schedule, and other weather-related delays / impacts, please check back here on your project blog.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please reach out to the contacts below.  Email is the preferred form of communication.

We are looking forward to getting started and working with and for you again this summer!
