Calarosa Quads – Cottage Grove

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Calarosa Quads. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer!

Monday, September 8th: Hello all – the final walkthrough with the association is today; the project will be marked as complete today on the blog. 

Thank you for your patience and for all of the support in getting this project done!

Wednesday, September 3rd: Hello all – The Production Supervisor has done a walkthrough and marked touch-ups. The crew should be returning soon to complete them and then the association will be notified in order to sign-off on the work completed.

Monday, August 25th: Hello all – we have been busy working on Buildings 2 & 3 last week and today we are on Building #4. Tomorrow we will start with Building #5. Here’s a few photos below:

Monday, August 18th: Please be advised that our crews will soon arrive for the upcoming painting project in your community.  We will begin hand cleaning, performing preparation tasks & painting in the association on: MONDAY, AUGUST 18^th

 The included substrates to be painting in 2025 are: Front door frames, garage door frames, window frames, front pillars, entry railings (select units), misc. trim & select corbels. 

 We kindly request that homeowners please unlock their storm doors if applicable to allow for the painters to access to the entire door frame.

OVERALL THIS PROJECT WILL HAVE MINIMAL IMPACT TO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE.
