Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Bailey’s Arbor HOA in Woodbury. We are thrilled to be back onsite to spruce up your exteriors.
Wednesday, October 8th: Good afternoon! We’re getting really close to finishing the project. Here is a video update and some photos from the crew this week! Please note that we are going to be marking touch-ups with blue tape and do not remove them because the crew will need to keep them as a guide for the areas needing to be re-visited.
Monday, September 29th: Good afternoon! The crew has been hard at work on the shutters and working on moving through the community and we are posting notices today in other parts of the community in anticipation of beginning the next phases of the project.
We hope you all have been enjoying the warmer and drier weather. We’re hoping we will be able to make some real progress and get the project wrapped up for you to enjoy the rest of your fall season!
Monday, September 22nd: Good morning – we hope you all made it through the overnight thunderstorms last night! The sky was definitely lighting up over Woodbury and spouting some wicked weather.
Today we are onsite beginning the prep and painting of the shutters. The team will be working from north to south overall and may deviate from the sequential order if required because of the shutter colors being different through the association. Thanks in advance for your support as we tackle this project for you and hope that the weather can agree with us this week. Below is a welcome video from the Project Manager, Scott. Check it out!

Friday, September 19th: Greetings Residents of Bailey’s Arbor!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming exterior project. We are excited to be back working together this year! Please see the map above – the project will plan to start at Building #1 and work in sequential order from North to South – however, the crews may deviate slightly from this plan.
Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming accent shutter painting project. We are projecting that preparation & painting tasks for the first building will start on: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 22nd(weather permitting)
We kindly request that each homeowner be aware of wet paint while crew members are present and working on your building. Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if paint gets on your clothes or personal belongings.
The included scope of work will take about 15 – 18 working days to complete; however, your individual unit / building will take less time to finish the included accent shutters. Please be mindful that weather may alter this finishing schedule and if we lose a day during the week due to rain this time of year, the crew may return to continue working on Sundays.
