Project Starting Monday, March 16th
Greetings ands welcome to the blog for your upcoming project at Centennial Lakes in Edina. We are thrilled to be onsite completing work for you this year!
Wednesday, March 11th: Greetings residents of Centennial Lakes!
We are excited to be a part of your project.
This project consists of painting entry, stairwell, and common hallway walls. Additionally, painting will include select doors & frames, baseboards, wall trim and one side of resident unit doors. We are anticipating starting to prep and paint on Monday, March 16.
The included scope of work for our company will take about 12 – 15 working days to complete the included interior areas for the 7520 building. At a later time, we will be posting a notice regarding painting of the front doors. This task will require the participation from each resident to paint the front doors in the open position. We will be providing information on this in the coming days.
