Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Owassso Heights in Roseville! We’re looking forward to being back onsite with you this year!

Thursday, June 4th: Hello all – plan is for the work to begin at Building A and move through in sequence: B – Q. We will be adding a project welcome video shortly from the Project Manager, Danielle Baumgartner.

Wednesday, June 3rd: Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in anticipation of the upcoming painting project in the association. The pressure washing tasks are scheduled to begin on the first building of our proposed sequence on: MONDAY, JUNE 8TH

We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home and items away from your deck railings to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

The crew will return after the substrates have sufficiently dried to commence the process of preparing & painting select deck and porch surfaces on the outside of your home that are included in the specified scope of work approved by your Association Board of
directors. We are projecting that prep work will begin for building A of our proposed sequence on:

THURSDAY, JUNE 11TH

The project will take about 4 weeks to complete all the homes (However the work on your individual building will only take 4 – 6 working days to complete). We realize that this project may disrupt your daily routine, and we will do our best to complete it as quickly as possible so that everyone can enjoy the remainder of the summer.
