Cedar Grove Townhomes – Eagan

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Cedar Grove Townhomes. We are thrilled to be onsite to work with you this spring / summer.

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in the anticipation of the upcoming staining project in the association and the crew is scheduled to start the pressure washing tasks on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10TH

 Please kindly request that each homeowner remove all items off of your decks to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

We anticipate the entire project (deck staining) to be completed in approximately 7 – 10 business days however your individual unit/building will take much less time. Please be mindful that weather will likely impact our finishing schedule too. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association to begin preparation & staining tasks on decking of the 1st building as early as: MONDAY, JUNE 15TH

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer.
