Waycliffe II – Wayzata

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Waycliffe ll in Wayzata. We are thrilled to be back onsite this summer.

Monday, June 22nd:

Please be advised that our crew pressure washed your building & deck on Monday, June 23rd:

We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure washing and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.    

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We are projecting that prep & carpentry work will start on the first building on: FRIDAY, JUNE 26^TH
