Due to all the rain we are forecasted to get today & tomorrow we will be canceling all door appointments for today & tomorrow. 

We do apologize for the inconvenience but have opened up new opportunities on Monday & Tuesday for you to sign up.

Tuesday, September 15th: Greetings residents!

All residents in group 4 that have not gotten their door painted, will be getting a final door painting notice. We require cooperation from each resident as you do need to be home to open your door. The door must remain open for at least 2.5 hours after is has been painted to allow enough dry time.

Friday, August 28th: Hello residents of Waters Edge!

We are currently painting front doors in Group 4 of the HOA. You can still sign up for an appointment if you haven’t done so. 

We will be posting a final notice next week with one last opportunity for you to sign up if you are unable to schedule something this week. 

Monday, August 24th: Good afternoon residents of Waters Edge!

We are currently working in Group #4 of the HOA. We focused mainly on painting trim areas and will soon post notices for door painting. 

The notices will be posted tonight or tomorrow morning to reflect what is shown on the calendar. If you are able, please sign up! Remember you must be home to open your door for us to paint.

Final notice was given for Groups #1 & #2 and all remaining doors in those sections will be painted in the closed position starting Thursday 8/27.

Tuesday, August 18th: Good afternoon everyone!

We are working very hard to make progress & allow you to get back to enjoying your summer. 

Our crew plans to begin painting in Group 4 on Thursday, August 20th. 

We began door painting in Group 3 and have also posted FINAL DOOR PAINTING notices in Groups 1 & 2. So if you got a red notice please sign up on the calendar below to get your front door painted!

Wednesday, August 12th: Good morning!

We continue to make progress and soon plan to start Group 3 of our sequence. The anticipated start date for Group #3 is Friday, August 14th!

We will be painting front doors and ask that all residents help us by scheduling a door painting appointment. You will need to be home to open the door at the time of that appointment. 

Door painting appointments will start on Tuesday, August 18th and will go through Saturday, August 22nd. 

Monday, August 10th: Good afternoon residents of Waters Edge!

We are making progress. Today we started working on group 2 units & we plan on starting door painting for that section tomorrow!

If you haven’t signed for a door appointment please do so! We will also be knocking while we are out there but making a door appointment help make the process easier

Thursday, August 6th: Good afternoon – we will be starting to paint group 2 next week on Monday. We have also added front door appointments:

Wednesday, August 5th: Good morning – we have started door appointments today for Group #1. We also have a welcome video from the Project Manager, Kent Chamberlain! Check it out below:

Monday, August 3rd: Good morning – we have a slight deviation to our plan for starting. We originally planned on starting the select exterior areas today but that will begin tomorrow.

We will be starting door appointments on Wednesday, as planned. Group 1 Wednesday appointments are already up mostly full – one appointment remains. We have more appointments available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this week.

Tuesday, July 28th: Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming painting project within your community as directed by your association. We anticipate starting hand cleaning of select exterior areas of your residence (front door frames, front door sidelights, accents and gable louvers), along with several others, as part of proposed sequence. Once the surfaces have been cleaned, the crew will begin preparation and painting on: MONDAY, AUGUST 3^RD (Weather permitting)

In addition to the scope listed above, we will also be painting your front entry door. We are currently planning to begin the front door appointments for GROUP 1 on: WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 3^RD (Weather permitting)
