Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Bailey’s Arbor HOA in Woodbury.  We are thrilled to be back onsite to spruce up your exteriors.

Due to all the rain we are forecasted to get today & tomorrow we will be canceling all door appointments for today & tomorrow. 

We do apologize for the inconvenience but have opened up new opportunities on Monday & Tuesday for you to sign up.

Tuesday, September 15th: Greetings residents!

We are currently working on buildings #36 and #37. 

If weather holds up, we anticipate completing all painting by Thursday 9/17. 

All residents in sections 3 and 4 that have not gotten their door painted, will be getting a notice. We require cooperation from each resident as you do need to be home to open your door. The door must remain open for at least 2.5 hours after is has been painted to allow enough dry time.

Tuesday, September 8th: Good Morning. 

Due to the rain today, the crew will be back on site Tomorrow to continue painting and pressure washing. 

Thursday, September 3rd: Good Afternoon!

Our crew is wrapping up power washing and plan to be finished by Saturday. 

Painting on trim will begin Tomorrow in section #4. 

Friday, August 28th: Happy Friday residents of Bailey’s Arbor!

We continue washing in section 3 and are currently working on building 32. We plan to finish this section by the end of the day and will be back onsite Monday to begin pressure washing & painting section 4.

Please use the calendar to schedule a door painting appointment! You will need to be home & open the door for us to do the painting. 

Times slots are available for Tuesday 9/1 – Saturday 9/5!

Thursday, August 27th: Good afternoon!

Crew has been doing their best to wash as much as possible each day. The crew will begin pressure washing the final section (buildings 34 – 45) on Monday. They do not anticipate washing all buildings that same day so come back for the most recent update.

We thank you for your patience and your cooperation with door painting as we make progress.

Monday, August 24th: Good evening residents of Bailey’s Arbor!

Calendar is now open to book your door painting appointment so please do that.

The crew will resume pressure washing tomorrow, Tuesday, starting at building #23, while some of the painters will be painting select areas starting on building #24.

Tuesday, August 18th: Good afternoon everyone!

We have been making progress. Our crew has divided up to tackle different parts of this project.

We have part of the crew painting all the lower areas, another painting all the higher areas, and a third group pressure washing!

The crew plans on moving into the next section by Thursday, August 20th. 

Also, for anyone in buildings 10 – 21 please sign up for a door painting appointment! We will begin painting doors for those buildings starting on Thursday, August 20th. We need your cooperation for this. You must be home to open the door. Get signed up on this calendar!

Wednesday, August 12th: Good afternoon!

We are working on building #4 & our plan is to continue with #5 – #9 still this week.

We will be returning to all buildings to tackle some of the higher areas at each building – so if you see we’ve missed some areas, we will be back to address them. 

We also plan on starting the next section of the HOA on Monday, 8/17. 

Our crew will be pressure washing the north elevation so please move personal items away to allow for crew access. 

A notice will be posted in the coming weeks to notify you for scheduling a door painting appointment as well. So come back and see us!

Wednesday, August 5th: Good morning – we are onsite pressure washing this morning in the purple area on the map. We expect it to be completed in several days and will return to paint early next week.

On Monday, August 10th – we will be starting door appointments. Here is the calendar for signing up!

Monday, August 3rd: Greetings Residents of Bailey’s Arbor!

Please be advised that our crews will soon arrive to begin preparation for the upcoming painting project of front doors & frames, garage door frames, entry pillars, and other accent trim approved by your board of directors. We are projecting that preparation & painting tasks for the first building in our proposed sequence will start on: WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5^th (weather permitting)

We kindly request that each homeowner be aware of wet paint while entering or exiting their unit. Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if paint gets on your clothes or personal belongings.

The included scope of work will take about 6 – 8 weeks to complete; however, your individual unit will take significantly less time to finish the included accent areas. Please be mindful that weather may alter our finishing schedule.

At a later time, we will be posting a notice regarding painting of the front doors.   This task will require the participation from each resident to paint the front doors in the open position. We will be providing information on this in the coming weeks.   

Overall, this project will have MINIMAL impact to your daily routine other than painting of the front door.
